Questions,answered

What’s the difference between Starter and Measured?

Starter is self-guided: you test yourself at home with simple self-tests, log your results and follow a plan built from them. Measured adds a coach: a 60-minute measurement with your trainer at Harbourfront (Singapore only) every 8 weeks, and a Zoom check-in every 2 weeks to keep you on track.

What equipment do I need for my first measurements?

A measuring tape, a timer, a pair of dumbbells at about 25% of your bodyweight each, a pull-up bar, a wall and a mat. No home gym? Book a day pass at a gym near you and do all the tests in one visit. After that, you can choose a bodyweight-only plan if you prefer.

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell us what you have (just your bodyweight, a few dumbbells at home, a condo gym or a full gym) and your plan is built around it.

How often do I retest?

Every 8 weeks. You do the same tests again and see your results side by side, so you know exactly what changed.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter comes with 7 days free. Cancel anytime before your trial ends.

Is this a medical service?

No. Longevity Games is a fitness and wellbeing programme. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before you start.
